TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth experience at the Mekong TESOL International Conference.

1. Registration and Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Student, VIP/Guest, Speaker, and other special registration categories may require verification by the organizers. Providing false information may result in disqualification without notice.

2. Conference Fee

Mekong TESOL International 2026 is free of charge for all participants. Should any optional paid components be introduced in the future, applicable fees and refund/transfer policies will be communicated clearly via official channels.

3. E-Certificate

Certificates of participation will be issued digitally and sent to the confirmed email address after the event. Please enter your full name exactly as you wish to have on your E-certificate. The organizers are not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly submitted names.

4. Notice of Filming and Photography

By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by the organizers for documentation, social media, and future promotional purposes.

We value your preference regarding media coverage. If you wish not to be featured in any photos or videos:

  • Please inform our staff at the Registration Desk, we will provide you with a marker.
  • Our media team will identify this marker to avoid close-up shots or will blur your image during post-production.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff throughout the registration process, during the event, and in any event communications or follow-ups. Participants are encouraged to contact the organizing committee via email should any issues arise so that they may be addressed appropriately. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the conference without recourse.

6. Intellectual Property

All presentation materials, recordings, and content shared during the conference remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers and the organizing committee.

  • Personal Use: Participants are welcome to take photos or notes for personal study and professional development.
  • Restrictions: Recording, reproducing, or redistributing session content in any form for public or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior consent from both the speaker and the organizers.
