Terms and Conditions for Presenters
1. Authorship & Scientific Responsibility The submitted abstract must be the original work of the submitting author and all listed co-authors.
- All co-authors must be informed of the submission and must agree to be included.
- The submitting author is responsible for the scientific accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct of the research.
- The abstract must not violate copyright laws or include third-party copyrighted material without formal permission.
2. Ethical Compliance
- Authors must comply with all ethical standards, including data privacy and informed consent requirements.
- Any form of data fabrication, falsification, or unethical research practice is strictly prohibited.
3. Copyright & Publishing Rights By submitting an abstract, authors grant the Organizing Committee non-exclusive rights to use and publish the abstract for conference-related purposes.
These uses may include:
- The official conference website and digital program
- Printed or digital conference materials
- Promotional content across communication and media platforms
- Usage is limited to activities directly related to the Mekong TESOL International Conference.
4. Presentation Scheduling The Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine the session placement, schedule, and venue according to the registered mode of presentation.
Presenters should contact the Organizing Committee promptly if they face scheduling conflicts or attendance issues.
5. Registration Requirements There is no submission or participation fee for accepted presenters.
- Presenters must confirm their attendance by the stated deadline; failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the abstract.
- Presenters are responsible for following all deadlines for revisions, final submissions, and additional requirements communicated by the Organizing Committee.
