Mekong TESOL International Conference 2026
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Student, VIP/Guest, Speaker, and other special registration categories may require verification by the organizers. Providing false information may result in disqualification without notice.
Mekong TESOL International 2026 is free of charge for all participants. Should any optional paid components be introduced in the future, applicable fees and refund/transfer policies will be communicated clearly via official channels prior to registration.
Certificates of participation will be issued digitally and sent to the confirmed email address after the event. Please enter your full name in Title Case (e.g., Nguyen Van An) during registration to ensure accurate certificate printing. The organizers are not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly submitted names.
Photos and video recordings may be taken during the conference for documentation and promotional purposes. Participants will be asked to provide explicit consent during registration. If you do not consent, please indicate this during registration and notify on-site staff upon arrival.
With your consent, the organizers may send post-conference resources, recordings, or updates to your registered email address.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the conference without recourse.
Presentation materials, session recordings, and all content shared by speakers remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers and/or the organizing committee. Participants may not record, reproduce, screen-capture, or redistribute session content in any form without prior written consent from the speaker and the organizers.
Your personal data is collected for the purposes of event administration, certificate issuance, analytics, and communications consistent with your stated consents. We may share limited data with third-party service providers (such as email delivery and certificate platforms) strictly for conference operations. Your data will not be sold or used for marketing by any third party.
The event schedule, speakers, or venue are subject to change. Material changes will be communicated via the email address provided at registration. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the event may be rescheduled or moved to an online format. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
